What we collect
When you order: name, email, phone, delivery address and the items you bought. When you create an account: the same, plus a hashed password. When you write to us: whatever you put in the form.
Why we hold it
To fulfil orders, provide warranty service, and answer your messages. We do not run advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Who sees it
Our staff and the courier carrying your parcel. Payment references go through your own bank or UPI app — we never see card numbers.
How long
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them; messages are deleted a year after the query is closed.
Your choices
Write to hello@techconnect.in to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving order updates by email. Deleting an account does not remove invoice records we are legally required to keep.
