Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm stock, which we do on WhatsApp or by email within one working day. If an item turns out to be unavailable we cancel that line and refund any payment already made.
Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We correct pricing errors before dispatch and will always contact you first rather than ship at a different price.
Payment
Cash on delivery within Mumbai, or UPI and bank transfer in advance. Goods remain our property until payment clears.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Report damage within 48 hours with photographs so we can claim against the courier and replace the item.
Warranty
Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by us. We assist with claims but do not replace the manufacturer's terms.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes fall to the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
