Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 4 pm on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Later orders go out the next working day. Every parcel is sealed, insured and photographed before dispatch.
Charges
Flat ₹149 below ₹4,999, free above that. There are no handling or packaging fees.
Timelines
Mumbai: 1–2 working days. Maharashtra: 2–3. Rest of India: 3–6. Remote PIN codes can take a day longer; we tell you before dispatch if that is the case.
Tracking
The courier reference arrives on WhatsApp when the parcel is scanned. If tracking has not updated in 48 hours, message us and we will chase the courier directly.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us; we contact you to re-dispatch at the original delivery charge.
